Subscription to the McKownville Improvement Association announcement email list

To subscribe to the announcement emails, send an email with the subject line SUBSCRIBE to [mckownvilleia@gmail.com].
Please include your name and home address in the text of the email subscription request.
Subscribers with a mailing address within the physical area of McKownville are the members of the McKownville Improvement Association.

Your email address would be used only to communicate Association business, and occasional neighborhood announcements approved by the President of the Association.
If you have the option, you should add [mckownvilleia@gmail.com] to your email client and/or webmail approved senders list ("whitelist"), and/or add this address to your contacts app or email address book, in order to reduce the possibility that it will be treated as spam/junk email.

Most announcements from the Association are added to the website Announcements page soon after they are sent out.
Please contact the Association using [mailbox at mckownville dot org] if you think that you have requested subscription but are not receiving the announcements.

To unsubscribe from the Association email list, send an email with the subject line UNSUBSCRIBE to [mckownvilleia@gmail.com], and we will remove your email from the list promptly.

The McKownville Improvement Association has had to make these changes for subscription to group email announcements, because the website hosting company we use (Dreamhost) will stop providing that type of email service in the near future.
